The Logistics Team
A number of people will be needed to help on the Monday and Tuesday to make sure the program runs smoothly. A number of people who have a decent amount of IT knowledge are also needed to make sure all the electronics work and to operate some of the technology including laptops, computers, projectors, smartboards etc. The members of this group will also help out people who may be lost on the day or just need help in general. In the 2-3 weeks leading up to the event, these people will be heavily involved in organising and planning the final intricate details so you must be available for those days. If you sign up for this group as your only form of EEC involvement and only help out on the day of the event with no prior involvement, you will not be recorded as having participated and will receive no recognition.
