Meetings

I just spent an unbelievable amount of time cleaning up this page. Please, when adding minutes:

  • use Wikidot's bullet points and numbering. DO NOT copy-paste bullet points from a word document. Do not number unless you have a reason for doing so.
  • use headings only to head a section - don't put messages as headings
  • heading level 2 may only be used under heading level 1 etc. Do not put level 1 headings under any other headings
  • collapse minutes
  • collapse past agendas
  • faciliator and minute taker recorded

If you are unable to do this do not edit this page. It's too long to get disorganised.

NSBHS Environment Committee Meetings

Environment Committee Meetings are held every Tuesday lunchtime in Laboratory 6. The Committee makes decisions based on the principle of consensus. To quote wikipedia:

Ideally, achieving consensus requires serious treatment of every group member's considered opinion. Those who wish to take up some action want to hear those who oppose it, because they count on the fact that the ensuing debate will improve the consensus. Action without resolution of considered opposition will be rare and done with attention to minimize damage to relationships.

SENS - Sustainable Educators North Sydney

Sustainable Educators North Sydney (SENS), an initiative of North Sydney Council provides support to teachers of sustainability and environmental education in the North Sydney Local Government Area. A key feature of the network is to build capacity for teachers and school environment committees, provide links to professionals in the field, and facilitate information exchange between schools and education organisations.
